Wolfmother

Formed in Sydney in 2000, WOLFMOTHER were born in the 21st century, but they evoke the 60s and 70s with an explicitly rock sound that immediately brings to mind the best years of canonical cornerstones such as Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. In 2004, the band led by Andrew Stockdale attracted attention with their retro style and vibrant lyrics. A year later, with their self-titled debut LP, they became a global success and were acclaimed for their contemporary approach to classic rock, which was fleshed out on the subsequent «Cosmic Egg», «New Crown», «Victorius», «Rock'n'Roll Baby» and the most recent «Rock Out», from 2021. Along the way, despite profound changes in their line-up, they won over fans around the world with powerful songs and energetic performances.
