CASHLESS TECHNOLOGY

EVILLIVE Festival is using Cashless technology. This technology allows you to link your ticket to your wristband and use it to make payments inside the venue.

Please note that the Cashless wristband will be the only method of payment for the following services within EVILLIVE Festival 2025: food and bars.

Each wristband is personal and non-transferable. Tampered wristbands will not be accepted and access to the festival will be refused.

HOW DO I GET MY WRISTBAND?

You'll have to go to the exchange points before entering the venue, and when you validate your ticket, you'll receive your Cashless wristband. If you have pre-loaded, the balance will be automatically available on your wristband.

IMPORTANT: Keep your wristband after the festival, because you will need the wristband code (6-letter code) to request a refund. There will be no other way to request a refund than by scanning the wristband code.

ONLINE PRE-CHARGING BEFORE THE EVENT

Process for pre-charging your wristband:

– Click the button below.

– Enter your ticket code (ticket barcode).

– Log on to the Cashless platform and select the available offers.

– You will be directed to the payment portal.

– You've already got your wristband pre-charged so you can enjoy EVILLIVE Festival 2025 to the full.

*Remember that when you validate your ticket before entering the venue, the pre-charged balance will be automatically associated with your Cashless wristband.

CASHLESS EVILLIVE Festival Promotion

From June 10th, you can take advantage of the following promotions:

• If you pre-charge 50€ + 5€ bonus. Total 55€
• If you pre-charge 100€ + 10€ bonus. Total 110€

* The bonus amount is non-refundable and will be the last to be used.

The promotions will be available until June 26 at 11:59pm, after which you can continue to pre-charge without a promotion.

DURING THE FESTIVAL

When you're at the Festival, you can recharge your wristband at any cashless charging point, using the following payment methods: cash, ATM/credit card or MBway.

Recharge your wristband as many times as necessary at any charging point.

You can check your balance at the charging points and at any point of sale.

IMPORTANT: Keep your wristband after the festival, because you will need the wristband code (6-letter code) to request a refund. There will be no other way to request a refund than by scanning the wristband code.

AFTER THE EVENT ENDS

Once the festival is over, you can recover the unused balance of your wristband (with the exception of the bonus balance) by making an online request in your Cashless account within the following timeframe: 01/07/2025, 10:00, until Thursday, 10/07/2025, 23:59.

To do this, log in to your Cashless account and make sure your balance is displayed on the interface. You can then request a refund by entering your bank card (unless you saved it when you topped up online). The remaining balance will be refunded to this card (except for the bonus balance). You will receive an e-mail to confirm the registration of your refund request. You will receive your refund within 15 days of your request.

If your balance doesn't appear, check that your wristband is linked to your Cashless account: the 6-letter code on your wristband should appear next to your email address.

Please note:

– There is no charge for requesting a refund.

– Refunds can only be requested online.

– No refund requests will be processed or dealt with after the expiry of the stated period.
