Seven Hours After Violet

Led by System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian, SEVEN HOURS AFTER VIOLET promise to leave no one indifferent at the EVILLIVE FESTIVAL

Formed in 2024, SEVEN HOURS AFTER VIOLET is the new band of Shavo Odadjian, made famous as the bassist of the iconic System Of A Down. However, the group's line-up proves to be a veritable “who's who” of contemporary extreme music, complete with Taylor Barber (of Left To Suffer) on vocals, Michael “Morgoth” Montoya (producer linked to Winds Of Plague) and Alejandro Aranda (also known as 'Scarypoolparty', former 'American Idol' finalist) on guitars, and Josh Johnson (of Winds Of Plague) on drums. The band debuted with the single «Paradise», released in June 2024, which marked the collective's entry into the music scene with a robust sound that mixes elements of deathcore and melody. In August, the second single, «Radiance», anticipated the arrival of the eponymous debut album, released on October 11, 2024 by 1336 Records, a partnership between Odadjian and Sumerian Records. With a strong line-up and distinct influences, the band promises to expand the horizons of the genre.
