Submission Procedure

  • Applications for accreditation must be submitted exclusively by email to the following email address: geral@primeartists.eu
  • The application must be submitted, accompanied by form of media accreditation duly completed.
  • Applications must be submitted between 30 and 10 days before the date of the event.
  • Requests must be made by an editorial manager, such as: the director, editor-in-chief or section editor responsible for the request.
  • Accreditation applications are intended exclusively for media outlets; applications submitted by freelancers or independent contributors will not be considered.
  • Submitting an application for accreditation does not guarantee that it will be granted.
  • A decision on accreditation requests will be communicated no later than 48 hours before the event.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Only journalists representing local or national media organisations are eligible.
  • Priority will be given to media outlets that regularly cover music and live performances, preferably of the type or genre to which the show belongs.
  • The media outlet must have an active culture section, featuring weekly articles on music and events, preferably the type or genre to which the show pertains.
  • The number of accreditations is limited.
  • Priority is given to applications that include a full team (journalist and photographer).
