1. General Information
• EVILLIVE Festival will take place at MEO Arena, in Lisbon, on July 05 2026, from 17h00 to 01h00.
2. Tickets and Access to the Venue
• Access to the venue will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket (physical or digital).
• Ticket holders are entitled to one single entry and will not be allowed to re-enter the venue once they leave.
3. Official Ticket Outlets
• The organisers are not responsible for tickets purchased outside of official sales channels.
4. Security and Prohibited Items
• All attendees will be subject to a personal security check upon entry to the venue.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring the following items into the venue: weapons, sharp or pointed objects, illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or containers, drones, fireworks, chairs, parasols, and any other items considered dangerous by the organisers.
5. Food and Beverages
• It is not permitted to bring food or drinks into the venue. The festival has food and beverage service.
• In the case of medical dietary restrictions, a valid medical certificate must be presented at the entrance.
6. Image and Usage Rights
• By entering the venue, attendees consent to the capture and use of their image (photographs and video) for promotional purposes related to the festival, with no entitlement to compensation.
7. Cancellation or Postponement
• In the event of force majeure (including adverse weather conditions or safety concerns), the organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event.
• In the event of cancellation, the refund policy will comply with the applicable legal framework.
8. Minors
The minimum age is 6 years old.
Children under 16 may attend the event accompanied by a responsible adult/parent/legal guardian.
9. Behaviour at the Venue
• Any discriminatory, abusive, violent or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Any incidents must be reported immediately to the security team or the public support point.
10. Acceptance of Terms
• Purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue implies full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions set out herein.
