1. General Information
• EVILLIVE Festival will take place at Estádio do Restelo, in Lisbon, on 27, 28 and 29 June 2025, from 16:00 to 00:00.
2. Tickets and Access to the Venue
• Access to the venue will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket (physical or digital).
• All tickets must be exchanged for an official access wristband at the designated exchange points before entering the venue.
• The wristband is personal, non-transferable, and must be worn on the wrist at all times while inside the festival grounds.
• In case of loss, damage or removal of the wristband, re-entry may be denied unless assessed and approved by the organisers upon presentation of proof of purchase.
• Only pass holders (2-day or 3-day) may enter and exit the venue freely.
• Day ticket holders are entitled to one single entry per day and will not be allowed to re-enter the venue once they leave.
• Children up to 12 years old (on the dates of the festival) may enter free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid festival ticket.
3. Official Ticket Outlets
• The organisers are not responsible for tickets purchased outside of official sales channels.
4. Security and Prohibited Items
• All attendees will be subject to a personal security check upon entry to the venue.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring the following items into the venue: weapons, sharp or pointed objects, illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or containers, drones, fireworks, chairs, parasols, and any other items considered dangerous by the organisers.
5. Food and Beverages
• It is not permitted to bring food or drinks into the venue. The festival will offer a food court and licensed bars.
• In the case of medical dietary restrictions, a valid medical certificate must be presented at the entrance.
6. Environment and Sustainability
• Preserving the venue is everyone's responsibility. Please use the waste bins provided throughout the site.
7. Image and Usage Rights
• By entering the venue, attendees consent to the capture and use of their image (photographs and video) for promotional purposes related to the festival, with no entitlement to compensation.
8. Cancellation or Postponement
• In the event of force majeure (including adverse weather conditions or safety concerns), the organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event.
• In the event of cancellation, the refund policy will comply with the applicable legal framework.
9. Minors
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
10. Behaviour at the Venue
• Any discriminatory, abusive, violent or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Any incidents must be reported immediately to the security team or the public support point.
11. Acceptance of Terms
• Purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue implies full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions set out herein.
